We haven’t bred many litters. When we do, we put considerable thought into the strengths and weaknesses of our bitch and what – in an ideal world – we are looking for in the stud dog. The stud we chose for Molly was Kirsty Cousins Ft.Ch Dunjailin Rocky Rogue of Westerkames. I had seen him running whilst training along side him and judged him and liked his power and ability. You keep your fingers crossed and wait to see eventually if the combination is as you’d hoped!
It’s wonderful to get the call that a dog from this litter has reached the 2023 IGL Championship. The next call that he has become a Ft.Ch. and that at one of these trials that Barry & Vader had won, there was a cup for the Breeder of the winning dog.
Congratulation to Barry and Ft.Ch. Oakshot Rogue Vader of Dewarsmalt for becoming a winning partnership and we wish many successes for you both. Thanks for engraving the breeders cup for me too!!
